The PEI School Milk Foundation exists to provide access to fluid milk at the lowest possible cost, while also providing and knowledge about PEI produced milk, to students across Prince Edward Island!

Our Mission
The PEI School Milk Program has three simple goals:
- Ensure milk is provided to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
- Provide white milk at the lowest possible price.
- Educate students on the nutritional benefits of milk!
Why Milk?
Students focus and learn better when they get all the nutrients that come with a balanced diet. With 15 essential nutrients, milk is the perfect lunchtime beverage to help students perform at their best until the end of each school day.

A Healthy Partnership
The PEI School Milk Foundation is a non-profit organization, and is a partnership of Dairy Producers of PEI and the Department of Education and Lifelong Learning.

History
The PEI School Milk Foundation was launched in 1980 for Grades 1-6, expanded to Junior High Schools in 1981, then extended to Senior High School in 1984 before finally being brought to Kindergartens in 2001.
